The HC-STAK 35 interconnection system offers superior current handling and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding when routing power between the vehicle’s battery, inverter, and e-motor.
TE’s HC-STAK 35 high-voltage interconnection system, now at Mouser, enables higher torque, stronger acceleration, and continuous power delivery in high-performance EVs and hybrid EVs. Featuring a scalable fork-terminal architecture with up to 64 layered contact points, the HC-STAK 35 offers enhanced flexibility and consistent electronic performance. The HC-STAK 35 High-Voltage series supports 400A with 95 mm² wires at 85 °C with rating for up to 1000 V DC. To ensure safety and reliability, the HC-STAK 35 features a shielded, touch-safe design that meets IP2XB, IP67, and V0 flammability requirements. The HC-STAK 35 interconnects are also vibration-resistant and designed to withstand mechanical and thermal stress. To reduce power loss and heat generation, the HC-STAK 35 interconnects feature a low-resistance interface with fork-style terminals and optional ultrasonic welding.
The HC-STAK 35 high-voltage interconnection system is ideal for heavier xEV platforms, including EVs and HEVs with increased curb weight, AWD systems, or integrated towing capabilities. Compact and lightweight, the HC-STAK 35 interconnection system can be easily integrated into space-constrained applications.
