The company will also highlight F870 FDM, postprocessing tools and NCAMP data for aerospace and defense parts.
Stratasys Ltd. will announce a new manufacturing solution, debut the F870 FDM system in Europe and show factory-floor applications from Toyota, GM and other manufacturers at Formnext 2026, Nov. 17-20, in Hall 12.1, Booth D129 at Messe Frankfurt.
The Stratasys exhibit will show applications across the company’s additive manufacturing portfolio, from consumer parts to industrial production.
New manufacturing solution reveal
On Nov. 17 at 1 p.m., Stratasys will unveil a new manufacturing-scale solution at Hall 12.1, Booth D129. Designed for high-volume production of end-use polymer parts, the system will add to the company’s production-focused portfolio. Stratasys said the system name and full details will be announced at Formnext.
Formnext Defense Summit
Stratasys also will take part in the Formnext Defense Summit on Nov. 17. The company will show additive manufacturing applications for military, government, OEM and industry leaders, with a focus on production, supply chain and defense uses.
Automotive tooling
The F870 FDM system will make its European debut and will be shown for large-format production of tooling, fixtures, jigs and manufacturing aids. Designed for factory-floor use, the F870 printer combines a 1,000 x 610 x 610 mm fully heated build chamber with industrial materials and extended unattended operation.
Solutions for the factory floor
Visitors to the Stratasys booth will see how manufacturers are using additive manufacturing for production tooling, manufacturing aids, end-use parts and digital workflows.
New solutions on display will include:
- Accelerate investment casting production with SLA technology.
Somos ShellCast resin and the GrabCAD Print Pro ShellGen module, along with the Neo800+ SLA printer, are intended to help foundries and aerospace and defense OEMs produce large, complex and accurate antimony-free master patterns for investment casting. - Deliver repeatable part performance with less manual work.
sCure, an automated post-processing system for the Origin P3 DLP platform, combines drying, multiwavelength UV curing, heating and photobleaching in one system. It is designed to improve part consistency and reduce dependence on operator skill. - Produce functional prototypes that perform like final parts.
PolyJet ToughONE Black for J3 and J5 3D printers combines durable, engineering-grade performance with a black finish. It allows teams to review function and appearance earlier in development. - Expand FDM production options.
A new FDM material, expanded capabilities for existing materials and a new post-processing offering add options for demanding applications.
The booth also will feature automation and robotic applications, along with technologies that span FDM, SAF, PolyJet, SLA and P3 DLP.
Advancing aerospace qualification
Stratasys will also highlight recently published NCAMP qualification data for Antero 800NA and Antero 840CN03 on the Stratasys F900 printer, supported by the Stratasys AIS advanced industrial solution package. The reviewed data provides aerospace and defense manufacturers with a common basis for qualifying end-use parts.
Connecting the digital manufacturing workflow
Stratasys will demonstrate GrabCAD Additive App Suite, which connects additive workflows across Stratasys technologies from application identification and validation through build preparation and production.
