These are the Top Workplaces for Engineers in 2026

Engineering.com partnered with Energage to recognize excellence in engineering companies around the U.S. Here are this year’s winners.

What’s the best place for engineers to work in 2026?

We asked, and you told us. Engineering.com once again partnered with Energage to survey engineers at companies across the U.S. to determine the most rewarding places to work. We identified the organizations that best support engineers, prioritize their well-being, and provide opportunities for career growth.

The Top Workplaces for Engineers 2026 awards recognizes 93 winners across three sizes of companies: large (500+ employees), midsize (150 – 499 employees), and small (35 – 149 employees). All winners employ at least 35 engineers or have engineers represent at least 10% of their workforce. Participation in the Top Workplaces survey was free and the winners were chosen solely based on employee feedback.
