The third annual awards program will once more identify the best places for engineers to work in the U.S.
Is your workplace the perfect engineering environment? If so, it deserves to be recognized.
Engineering.com and Energage are partnering for the third time to determine the Top Workplaces for Engineers, our annual ranking of the best places for engineers to work, according to engineers. We’ll be announcing the next winners in April 2027.
Anyone can nominate their engineering workplace. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and employ at least 35 engineers or have engineers make up at least 10% of their workforce. Participating employers can be public, private, non-profit, a school, or even a government agency.
The nomination deadline is November 6, 2026. The award is determined through employee feedback gathered via the Energage Workplace Survey, a research-backed tool assessing workplace culture, with surveys taking place through January. There is no cost to nominate a workplace or participate in the survey.
