The software overlays flight data with designs and machine data to calculate volumes and verify materials.

Trimble has announced Trimble WorksManager Drone processing software, which lets civil contractors process drone data in the cloud within the Trimble ecosystem.
The photogrammetry feature lets contractors overlay flight data with project designs, machine data, as-builts and other site data to calculate volumes, take measurements and verify materials for site progress tracking.
Trimble WorksManager is a cloud-based software and data management tool that connects the construction jobsite to the office. With WorksManager Drone, site supervisors and project managers can access drone data alongside the latest design files and machine data.
The software is another addition to Trimble Connect, which brings site data into a unified construction platform for use across the design-build-operate lifecycle.
Availability
Trimble WorksManager Drone is expected to be available in January 2027 through Trimble’s global dealer channel for use with DJI and Wingtra drones. Attendees at Trimble Dimensions User Conference 2026 in Las Vegas can attend product and customer sessions and see live demonstrations of the technology.
