The Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX includes dual heating, a 2-liter resin vat, quick-release components and remote monitoring.

Phrozen has introduced the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX, a 14-inch 16K large-format MSLA resin 3D printer for producing large parts and models. The printer is designed for creators, studios, print service providers and other users working with large-format resin printing. It includes features for long prints, batch production and routine maintenance.
Large-format resin printing is used for larger parts, full build-plate batches, jewelry patterns and functional prototypes. These applications can involve longer print times, temperature changes, resin refills, maintenance and limited visibility during operation. The Revo MAX includes dual heating, a 2-liter resin vat, quick-release components, a 1080p camera, AI-assisted image processing and control through the Phrozen GO app.
Dual heating for long prints
The Revo MAX uses a dual-fan chamber heating system that can heat the chamber to 30°C. The system is intended for use in cooler rooms and with higher-viscosity engineering resins.
An optional heated resin vat directly warms the resin to reduce thickening and support more consistent resin flow after each lift. This can help maintain layer consistency during longer prints.
A 2-liter resin vat for fewer refills
The Revo MAX includes a 2-liter resin vat with capacity for up to 2.5 standard 1-kilogram bottles of resin. The capacity supports overnight printing, full build-plate batches and larger models.
The vat is designed to reduce the need for mid-print refills. Unlike systems that use auto-feed pumps and tubes, it does not require additional tubing that could clog, loosen or leak.
All-metal build plate and quick-release components
The printer uses an all-metal build plate with an angled top surface that allows leftover resin to drain after printing. This can reduce the amount of manual scraping and cleaning required.
The build plate, release film and LCD are designed for removal or replacement during maintenance. The LCD uses a quick-swap design. The release film can be replaced without screws in approximately three minutes.
1080p camera monitoring
The Revo MAX includes a vertically mounted 1080p camera for viewing the build area during printing. Amber LED lighting illuminates the chamber without exposing the resin to curing light.
AI-assisted color correction adjusts the camera image for monitoring. The system supports live viewing and time-lapse recording for print jobs that run overnight or require periodic checks.
Phrozen GO app control
The Phrozen GO app enables users to monitor and control the Revo MAX from a mobile device. Supported functions include starting, pausing and resuming print jobs as well as viewing job status.
The app also provides live camera viewing, time-lapse review, alerts and multi-printer management. These functions allow users to monitor long prints or multiple machines without remaining beside each printer.
Large-format printing workflow
The Revo MAX can be used with other equipment for cleaning, curing, air filtration and workspace management. Wash Mega S supports cleaning of large-format models while Cure Mega S is designed for curing larger resin prints.
Air Purifier Max is intended to help manage resin odors in the workspace. The 3D Printer Enclosure Mega provides an enclosed area for the printer.
Users can source printable models through the PIXUP platform and prepare files with resin 3D printing slicers including CHITUBOX and Lychee Slicer. This supports a workflow covering model sourcing, slicing, printing, cleaning, curing and workspace management.
