The 2026 portfolio adds MCP connectivity, AI Visualizer updates, MEP Designer expansion and a new Archicad Max subscription.

Graphisoft introduced its 2026 product portfolio, led by Archicad and new artificial intelligence capabilities for architecture, engineering and construction teams. The portfolio is based on Graphisoft’s Design Intelligence Strategy and includes updates to its core products, planned Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectivity and an update to AI Assistant.
The portfolio is organized around Graphisoft’s focus on intuitive design workflows. It is intended to support architects, engineers, developers and other project stakeholders from early feasibility through design, coordination and delivery.
What’s new in Archicad
The latest version of Archicad includes updates to usability, documentation, project data, visualization and collaboration. Features include Dark Mode for Windows, improved visibility for multistory walls, additional documentation controls, updated Project Info management, customizable Navigator organization and expanded drawing label options.
What’s new in MEP Designer and DDScad
Graphisoft has updated MEP Designer and DDScad with improvements to BIM querying, visualization, workflow support and AI integration. MEP Designer is also being introduced in more than 40 additional markets to support MEP design workflows for more users.

Upcoming Nemetschek Creator and AI updates
The portfolio includes planned MCP support and additional visualization capabilities for AI-enabled workflows. During October, Archicad users will receive access to additional ecosystem offerings, including early-access opportunities for Nemetschek Creator and the Open Collaboration Platform and real-time visualization through Maxon Redshift.
Nemetschek Creator is a cloud-native platform for early-stage design, sustainability and feasibility analysis and AI-assisted assessment. It connects with Archicad to carry design intent from concept development into BIM and provides a shared workspace for architects, developers, investors, urban planners, municipalities and other project stakeholders.
Graphisoft also plans to update AI Visualizer with additional image-generation capabilities and a selection of AI image models including Nano Banana Pro. AI Assistant will provide product learning and best-practice guidance and AI Assistant Spaces will allow architects to create a knowledge base from their own documents.
Archicad Max joins subscription portfolio
Graphisoft is expanding its subscription portfolio with three plans: Archicad Studio, Archicad Collaborate and Archicad Max.
Archicad Collaborate provides collaboration features, access to productivity tools and early access to platform updates. It is intended for practices managing more complex projects and connected teams.
Archicad Max is intended for practices using data- and AI-based workflows. The plan provides access to Graphisoft and Nemetschek Group technologies for design intelligence, artificial intelligence, visualization and connected workflows.
Product availability, release dates, feature scope, subscription packaging and regional availability may vary.
