The new four-laser system will bring Evology’s fleet to 10 machines, supporting larger components and growing customer demand.
U.S. based additive manufacturing (AM) organization, Evology Manufacturing, today announced the acquisition of an EOS M 400-4 industrial metal AM system, expanding its capacity to serve the customers whose trust has fueled its growth. The investment supports a clear priority for the Wisconsin manufacturer: helping customers get the parts they need without watching production schedules slip as demand increases.

Once installed, the new system will bring Evology’s EOS additive manufacturing fleet to 10 systems: eight metal and two polymer. EOS also announced Evology as the newest member of its Production Partner Network. For Evology, the expansion is a direct result of customers continuing to place their projects, deadlines, and confidence in its team. That trust carries a responsibility to invest ahead of longer backlogs and preserve the responsiveness that brought those customers to Evology in the first place.

Based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Evology specializes in industrial additive manufacturing, precision machining, tooling, and production services. By combining metal and polymer 3D printing technologies with traditional manufacturing methods, Evology Manufacturing produces complex parts, functional prototypes, tooling, and low-volume production components across industries such as aerospace, automotive, defense, and industrial manufacturing.
The EOS M 400-4 features four 400-watt lasers and a 400x400x400mm build volume. Its larger build envelope and additional production capacity will enable Evology to take on larger metal components and support growing customer programs.
