The deal expands Saratech’s Midwest reach and adds software licensing, implementation, customer support and training services.
Saratech announced that it has acquired Geometric Solutions, LLC, a Michigan-based Siemens PLM software provider. Through the transaction, Saratech will assume responsibility for Geometric Solutions’ software license and subscription sales, PLM implementation, customer support, and training programs.
The acquisition brings together two organizations focused on helping manufacturers modernize product development with connected design, simulation, manufacturing, data management, and lifecycle solutions. For customers, the expanded Saratech organization is expected to provide broader technical coverage, deeper Siemens software expertise, and a larger support and training network for teams advancing digital transformation initiatives.
The move also strengthens Saratech’s ability to serve customers in the Midwest, including manufacturers in automotive, aerospace, defense, heavy industry, medical device, and energy markets.
Saratech will work closely with Geometric Solutions customers to ensure continuity of service, licensing support, and training while identifying opportunities to expand access to complementary engineering services, manufacturing solutions, and Siemens Xcelerator portfolio capabilities.
