    Fatigue Data is aquired from a road simulator testing. Now the data should be extrapolated using PEAK OVER THRESHOLD ANALYSIS. (It should apply the principle stated in the document "Extrapolation of load histories and spectra".

    I am very confused and do not have a detailed knowledge about this.

    Questions:

    How to apply this analysis to the fatigue data aquired ?

    Is it possible to programm to do an analysis in MatLAb or any other software? IF yes, how?

    Is there a software which does this (which I can buy)?
