    about 1/2 inch to 1 inch distance between device and chip. Conducting through air and organic matter.

    Looking for direction and or suggestions. On a budget of $200 or less how to generate an emf field to do such a thing.

    So far have 25' copper wire coil on pvc pipe. Accessing AC current from wall outlet. Coppper wire connected one end spliced extension cord and other end nothing.

    I'm just blowing the circuit box every time..
