Multply the Sp Gr of Cement u r using into the volume, you will get the weight of cement in your unit, there is contradiction what 1:2:4 means, caus nobody thinks on the Sp Gr of Cement you use, the quality matters there, volume and the sp. gr matters for quality product to deliver
