Also, if i have bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering Technology...can I still get my PE License?

You can certainly still get your PE license. You may have to take a Fundamentals of Engineering Examination though...or something like it before you can take your PE exam.

And there is no real differences in the two, one is a degree and one is a diploma, but they do 99% of the same stuff.
