What are the differences between a monoblock pump and jet pump?

Monoblock – is nothing but the motor(the prime mover of the pump) and pump are build together in the same housing. that is there is no need of any coupling device between the two shafts since the shafts are coupled directly.

Jet pump is a type of pump in which we have two pipes, one is used to send the pressure air while the other is used to get the water/liquid.
