Strategic partnership to leverage Velo3D's new rapid production solutions offering.
Velo3D, Inc. announced a five-year, $15 million master services agreement (MSA) with Momentus, Inc. Under the terms of the MSA, Velo3D will provide consulting and parts production through Velo3D’s new Rapid Production Solutions (RPS) offering, which is designed to enhance operational efficiency and drive future success. In exchange, Momentus issued a combination of common stock and convertible preferred stock for services that will be delivered over a five-year period. Velo3D will not hold more than 9.99% of the outstanding shares of Momentus’s common stock at any time.
Velo3D’s new RPS offering addresses the need for innovation and flexibility as customers look to accelerate their manufacturing capabilities:
