Taming the additive manufacturing workflow

LINK3D unveils SCHEDUL3D, a production scheduling software that enhances Digital Factory for application engineers to run their machines effectively. This program gives users the ability to:

–Predict accurate lead times for projects

–Predict accurate pricing for projects

–Manage build-time for production

–Visualize orders and facility capacity

–Specified forecasting for companies to track and deliver parts effectively

This technology will be integrated into LINK3D’s Digital Factory workflow software that launched in Q3 this year.

SCHEDUL3D was designed for application engineers, facility planners, and supply chain managers to optimize their lead times, digital supply chain, and better understand their machines. SCHEDUL3D uses AI based algorithms to make recommendations for placing part orders on the correct and available machines to achieve real-time distributed manufacturing.

Digital Factory was launched to connect key parts of the additive workflow, from initial product development through end production. SCHEDUL3D is the next step toward optimizing and automating additive manufacturing.
