Royal DSM and its Somos® business have been working with EnvisionTEC to develop new materials for EnvisionTEC’s 3SP series of large frame 3D printers. Based on results from the alpha testing phase, the companies have now moved into a beta phase with this product development. The companies are working on a new, high-performance material designed to be durable with high-detail resolution and dimensional stability. The beta testing of this material will involve one of EnvisionTEC’s key customers.
