SolidWorks Plastics, Now More Advanced

SolidWorks Plastics Advanced, announced at SolidWorks World 2014, adds additional features for the mold maker to beat the competition to market.

Unleashed during SolidWorks World 2014, SolidWorks Advanced Plastics is a the third tier in the family of SolidWorks Plastics applications.

SolidWorks Plastics originally launched in April, 2012, before Dassault Systèmes acquired SIMPOE (May 2013).  SolidWorks Plastics is used by designers to optimize their plastic injection molded parts as well as by mold makers to design and optimize the mold tooling and process.  With the release of SolidWorks Plastics Advanced, mold makers have more features available within their SolidWorks integrated tool bag.
