3D printed guns continues to be a hot topic.  This video from Solid Concepts, though, shows a more professional build.  Using “a half-million dollar” machine to print the parts, the Solid Concepts people prove you can 3D print parts for a metal gun.  But it takes money and metal.

3D printing a gun was always possible. The question was how much do you want to spend to do it? Plastic materials and desktop 3D printers are not quite up to the task.
