The company says its deep industrial and energy experience can help industrial enterprises achieve end-to-end transformation.
If you need help on your digital transformation journey, you have a new option: Schneider Electric, the Paris-headquartered energy and automation company. At the 27th Annual ARC Industry Leadership Forum which took place in Orlando, Florida earlier this month, Schneider Electric announced its new industrial digital transformation consulting services.
“Successful industrial digital transformation requires a global vision that is agile enough to support local needs,” said Marc Fromager, SVP Industrial Automation Services at Schneider Electric, in a company press release.
Schneider Electric says that it offers a proven and scalable methodology to help industrial enterprises achieve end-to-end digital transformation. Its services include discovery, diagnosis, strategy, design, implementation and ongoing customer success, according to the press release. The company aims to help customers impact areas such as cybersecurity, asset optimization, sustainability and energy efficiency, and operational efficiency and workplace empowerment.
Schneider Electric joins a growing list of companies looking to share their digital transformation experience with others, such as the recently-formed Emixa consortium of consultants.
“What elevates Schneider Electric is our unmatched combination of digital transformation experience across a myriad of industries, supported by our world-leading energy management and automation technology and software—all delivered by local experts with the full backing of our global teams,” Fromager said.
Consultants may be the answer for engineering and manufacturing organizations trying to get a step ahead of competitors, especially as the pace of digital transformation continues to accelerate.
“According to our research, about 83 percent of end users and OEMs are moving forward on their digital transformation journey, but only about 7 percent feel they have completed the process,” said Craig Resnick, Vice President of Consulting at ARC Advisory Group, in the press release. “It’s imperative that end users and OEMs consider using digital transformation services, such as those offered by Schneider Electric, to accelerate their digital transformation journey and more quickly derive financial benefits, while decreasing unplanned downtime.”
