Roland DGA has introduced two new ImageCure resins for use with the company’s monoFab ARM-10 3D printer. The new additions – PRH35-ST2 Standard-type resin and PRR35-OP Rubber-like resin – join Roland’s existing PRF35-ST Flexible-type resin within the ImageCure lineup, expanding the part-making and prototyping options available to ARM-10 users.
PRH35-ST2 resin, a new and improved version of Roland’s original PRH35-ST hard resin, allows faster print time and easier filing and sanding of finished models. It also emits less odor in its liquid form than the original PRH35-ST resin. New PRR35-OP is specially-formulated to stretch and compress like rubber upon curing.
The ARM-10 incorporates a layered projection system that enables users to build complex parts and prototypes quickly and easily. It also has a suspended build system that keeps resin use to a minimum, increasing efficiency and reducing material costs.
Roland’s new PRH35-ST2 Standard-type and PRR35-OP Rubber-like ImageCure resins come in 12.35-ounce (350 g) bottles priced at $89.99 and $129.99 (U.S. MSRP), respectively. Roland ImageCure resins for the monoFab ARM-10 can be purchased through authorized Roland dealers or the Roland DGA online store.
