Frank Marangell is President of BigRep America Inc. and Chief Business Officer for BigRep GmbH, global leader in large-format additive manufacturing systems. Marangell manages all U.S. operations for the German-based company, in addition to his role on the executive team where he leads global sales in North America, Europe and Asia.
Martin Back is the Managing Director of BigRep GmbH, global leader in large-format additive manufacturing systems. Martin joined BigRep’s executive team as Chief Operating Officer in 2018 before stepping up to fill the role of Managing Director the following year. With 25 years of industry experience in management roles, Martin is intimately familiar with the additive and manufacturing industries.
François Minec, BASF’s Managing Director and a chemical and plastics expert with over 20 years of experience. François founded Advanc3D Materials with a goal to introduce innovative 3D printing materials to market before the company was acquired by BASF Printing Solutions GmbH in 2018. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical engineering, M. Sc. In Polymer Science and Executive MBA.
Michael Whitens, an automotive industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, currently Advisor, Founder and CEO of Michael Whitens LLC, retired from Ford in December 2018 from his position as Global Director for Ford’s Vehicle and Enterprise Sciences at Ford’s Research and Innovation Center. In this role, Michael was responsible for translating innovations in vehicle materials and manufacturing processes into mobility solutions and user experiences that are safe, sustainable, emotive and accessible to everyone.
