About the Speaker:


Gregg Wilson is a principal engineer at GE Additive, where he is responsible for developing additive design training packages, capturing lessons learned, instituting best practices and mentoring the GE team and GE Additive customers.

Gregg graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Engineering Physics. He began his career with GE Aviation in 1985, gaining wide exposure to the commercial and military Aviation business with roles of increasing responsibility in Inspection Automation, Control Systems, Lubrication Systems, Structures Design, Field Service, Engine Test, Externals Design and Airframe Systems Integration.

In 2014, Gregg joined the Additive Design team to investigate and expand the use of additive manufacturing across a wide range of components and systems. Since then, Gregg has created numerous additive components and tooling with additive methods (DMLM, EBM, Cold Spray, SLS, SLA and Polyjet) and aided GE and its customers in the identification and execution of additive solutions.
