Paul DeWys – President, Forerunner3D. Paul has always been passionate about manufacturing, taking design classes as early as high school. During his senior year at Ferris State University, he founded DeWys Engineering, a mechanical engineering / 3D laser scanning firm. After growing DE for a few years, Paul diversified by acquiring the assets of a legacy additive company in 2016 and formed a second business unit, Forerunner 3D Printing.


Jay Dinsmore – Founder and CEO, Dinsmore Inc. With over 28 years of experience in the AM industry, Jay brings his in depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and design to help connect people with the right technology. After spending a significant time in traditional manufacturing, he has developed a keen insight into successful DFP (Design for Prototype) and DFAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) using cutting edge technologies from the leading manufacturers. His outstanding achievements in the AM industry was further acknowledged in 2019 when he was awarded with the prestigious DINO Award.


Evan Kirby – Manager Application Engineering, Materialise. Evan began his 19-year long Materialise career by teaching approximately 100 students per year from more than 100 different companies, including Ford, GM, Pratt & Whitney, various federal governmental agencies, Hewlett Packard, and Toyota. He provided pre- and post-sales support for those companies and is currently managing a team of application engineers who perform those same tasks.
