In this session, several industry applications will be highlighted, including: Structural simulation and design exploration, fluid dynamics simulation, and electromagnetic simulation for 5G Communication.
Satisfying product requirements for performance, robustness, and quality are longstanding challenges faced during product development. Close collaboration between product managers, designers, and engineers is instrumental to finding the best design candidate, but disconnected tools, data, and people frequently results in a sub-optimal final product with increased risks. Increasing product complexity and sophistication places a renewed emphasis on the importance of satisfying product requirements, highlighting the need for virtual testing environments and realistic multi-physics simulation.
The 3DEXPERIENCE Platform rethinks the product development process through a model-based framework enabling seamless data flow between disciplines without the need for data conversion. This results in true collaborative simulation-driven design for all phases of product development with full traceability to product requirements. Design candidates are rapidly evaluated using native multi-physics simulation capabilities, and a variety of design exploration and optimization techniques in 3DEXPERIENCE automate the evaluation of design feasibility and robustness. This enables a thorough exploration of product design alternatives, resulting in increased confidence in product performance, robustness, and quality while mitigating risks.
In this session, several industry applications will be highlighted, including:
- Structural simulation and design exploration for Aerospace Sub-System Structure Design
- Fluid dynamics simulation to Improve Product Quality with Simulation in the Consumer Products industry
- Electromagnetic simulation for 5G Communication for the Internet of Things for the Transportation & Mobility industry
