Rapid Application Group opens 15,000 sq. ft. additive manufacturing facility in Oklahoma

Rapid Application Group (RAG) held a grand opening ceremony for its new state-of-the-art 15,000 sq. ft. Additive Manufacturing facility to accommodate its faster growth with expanded production capacity.

RAG was founded on the basis of delivering production services and solutions to customers through an array of advanced 3D printing and traditional manufacturing technologies. With more than 40 years of combined manufacturing experience between them, founders Terry Hill and Jason Dickman deliver an application-based solution.

With certifications for AS9100D, ISO 9001, ITAR, HUBZone and a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned company, Rapid Application Group delivers mission-critical additive manufactured parts in primarily the aerospace and defense sector but also supporting other industries. RAG partners with its customers from product development through to production-grade parts on time, every time. The company’s quality policy and commitment to AS9100D guidelines ensure that parts meet stringent tolerances and exceed customer expectations.

The grand opening ceremony included speeches by state and local government officials, a synopsis of the 3D Printing industry, and more. The ribbon cutting for the new facility also inaugurated RAG as the most state-of-the-art Additive Manufacturing facility in Oklahoma. Jason Dickman, chief operating officer of RAG, has been in the industry since its inception in the mid-1980s and has “waited his entire career for this amazing team and world class facility.”

Not only is RAG leading the way for advanced manufacturing in Oklahoma, but its leadership has also established a non-profit veteran outreach effort called the RAG Friday Foundation (ragfriday.org). This non-profit organization’s mission is to improve the quality of life for veterans. The RAG Friday Foundation is working with other industry leaders to provide work force development.

“Rapid Application Group was founded by seasoned military veterans and additive manufacturing experts to meet mission-critical production work for manufacturers across all industries,” said Terry Hill, CEO, Rapid Application Group. “This new facility enables both growth of the company and more opportunities to mentor and train military veterans in the advanced manufacturing field.”

The new property is located at 13105 E. 61st St, Ste. A, in Broken Arrow, Ok.
