Before becoming Synopsys CFO, Pham led corporate finance, planning, and strategy.
PTC announced that it has appointed Trac Pham to its board of directors, effective March 17, 2025. Pham is the former chief financial officer of Synopsys, a recognized leader in electronic design automation and semiconductor development.
During his tenure as CFO, Pham led Synopsys through two significant transformations that helped scale the company from $2.0B to $5.1B in revenue while expanding operating margins. He is currently on the board of directors of UKG and SiFive, serving as chair of the audit committee for both boards.
Prior to serving as CFO of Synopsys, Pham led corporate finance, financial planning, and strategy at Synopsys and held leadership roles in corporate planning, strategy, and business development at Juniper Networks.
Pham will serve on the PTC Board’s Audit Committee.
