PROLIM has announced the appointment of Nathan Rajen as chief technology officer (CTO). With over 30 years of experience in leading technology, strategy, and innovation across Fortune 100 corporations and consulting firms, Nathan will spearhead PROLIM’s technology vision, driving product innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Nathan is a distinguished technology leader with a proven track record of leveraging AI, ML, IoT, PLM, ERP, MES, IIoT, Big Data, and cybersecurity to drive transformative enterprise initiatives. Throughout his career, he has successfully led digital transformation and enterprise solutions at renowned companies such as Ford Motor Company, Hewlett Packard Inc., General Motors Corporation, Tech Mahindra, Siemens Information Systems, and Joyson Safety Systems.
Beyond corporate leadership, Nathan also serves as an Advisory Board Member for technology executives and AI startups in biotech, cybersecurity, and enterprise collaboration, further solidifying his expertise in shaping the future of digital enterprises.
In his new role at PROLIM, Nathan will focus on accelerating technological advancements, optimizing service delivery, and expanding the company’s global footprint. His deep domain expertise across automotive, aerospace, healthcare, energy, consumer packaged goods, industrial heavy equipment, and manufacturing industries makes him a perfect fit to lead PROLIM’s next phase of growth.
Nathan has successfully built and led large-scale, high-performance teams across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, delivering enterprise transformation initiatives that drive efficiency and value. He has also played a pivotal role in developing Shared Service Centers of Excellence, optimizing enterprise services such as Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, and Legal processes using nearshoring, offshoring, and build-operate-transfer models.
Nathan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Western Michigan University, USA, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Amravati University, India. He resides in Austin, TX, USA, with his spouse and three children.
