our product is IP67 product, it is operated in high humid as well as at -30 degree, So we dont want condensation to be happen inside product. We are confused that if device is IP67 weather air exchange will happen at all in small or big quantity , quick or slowly

In general IP67 products are considered to be nominally air tight since they must withstand a differential pressure of 39 inches of water, but as you noted they are not totally sealed since in normal operating they can be subjected to a much larger pressure differentials in the normal operating environment. Any air exchange will be relatively slow.

Many companies who are concerned about moisture and condensation in these types of devices put in a small desiccant package in the container.
