This collaboration reinforces ODA’s commitment to ensuring the cybersecurity of its products and Alliance members.
CVE is an international program that identifies, defines, and catalogs discovered cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Participating organizations, including Open Design Alliance, report discovered vulnerabilities and assign them unique CVE identifiers, which are published in a publicly accessible CVE List, providing information technology and cybersecurity professionals a unified source of information for prioritizing and addressing vulnerabilities.
By assigning CVE identifiers and contributing to the CVE List, ODA empowers developers using its products to stay informed about the latest vulnerabilities and to coordinate their efforts to prioritize and address potential security risks. This collaboration enhances ODA’s overall cybersecurity posture and strengthens the security ecosystem within the design and engineering industry.
