Dieter Neujahr has been appointed president of 3Dconnexion. Neujahr was previously on 3Dconnexion’s senior management team as vice president of sales and marketing and general manager for all European operations.
As president, Neujahr will be responsible for overseeing 3Dconnexion’s worldwide operations, including its corporate headquarters located in Silicon Valley, Calif., and regional offices in Detroit, London, Los Angeles, Seefeld, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Wroclaw.
Neujahr brings 20 years of experience working in IT and managerial positions.
Prior to joining 3Dconnexion, Neujahr worked at At Last Software GmbH, a subsidiary of Google. While with At Last Software, Neujahr was the manager behind the international success of the market-leading 3D design software, Google SketchUp.
Neujahr also founded and managed the Central European Operations of Intuit, Inc., a worldwide leading provider of personal finance solutions, where he was responsible for the development and market introduction of best-selling software products, including Intuit Quicken and QuickBooks in
German, Austrian and Dutch markets.
