The new iMap for Inventor Technology Preview helps you easily navigate critical interactions between components in digital assembly prototypes. You can quickly see and control important relationships and constraints in assemblies made with Inventor.
The Skeletal iMap views help indentify and modify assemblystructure, including sub-assemblies, and help you simplify skeletal modeling workflows. The Constraint iMap views let you interactively investigate, create, and manipulate key relationships and constraints.These iMap views speed previously time-consuming and frustrating steps in many workflows, especially if an assembly was
originally created elsewhere.
These features are available for download from Autodesk Labs. iMap for Inventor Technology Preview works with 32-bit versions of Autodesk Inventor 2009 software, as part of Autodesk Inventor Suite, Autodesk Inventor Routed Systems Suite, Autodesk Inventor Simulation Suite, or Autodesk Inventor Professional. The Autodesk Labs and iMap user interfaces are English only. All copies of iMap are programmed to expire on April 1, 2009.
