Motif, Inc. announced the addition of three prominent industry veterans to its leadership team. Tatjana Dzambazova joins as director of AI Solutions in the CTO Office, Jens Majdal Kaarsholm as director of industry and market development, and Greg Demchak as vice president of industry and market development. These appointments support Motif’s focus on developing a collaborative, data-driven AEC platform.
Jens Majdal Kaarsholm: from industry advocate to builder of what’s next
Jens Majdal Kaarsholm has spent the past decade working to improve tools in architecture and construction. From initiating open letters to Autodesk in 2020 to helping launch global AEC software networks, he has consistently supported efforts for change. He now brings that experience to his new role at Motif.
As director of industry and market development, Kaarsholm will operate at the intersection of product, sales, and strategy. He’ll serve as a key point of contact for Motif’s largest customers and design partners—ensuring their ideas and feedback are brought directly into the product development process.

Greg Demchak: amplifying engagement with architects and strategic partners
Greg Demchak joins Motif as vice president of industry and market development, bringing extensive experience in applying immersive technologies and real-time collaboration tools to AEC workflows. Trained as an architect, he has contributed to tools such as Revit, Synchro, and digital twin technologies. Before joining Motif, Greg led the digital innovation lab at Bentley Systems, focusing on the use of XR and digital twins in infrastructure design and construction.
In his role, Demchak will work to expand Motif’s presence in the AEC industry, develop industry partnerships, and help connect customers, innovators, and product teams. He will support efforts to improve collaboration among design teams across disciplines, firms, and locations.
Greg brings a combination of technical knowledge, exploratory approach, and user-centered thinking. His work with XR and digital twin ecosystems informs his understanding of how data and interaction models can support design and delivery. At Motif, he will focus on promoting practical user experiences and aligning solutions with industry requirements.

She has worked on the global adoption of Revit Architecture and led efforts exploring AI and machine learning in design. At Motif, she will help shape the company’s long-term approach to AI and innovation.
Working from the CTO office, Dzambazova will lead exploratory efforts into how AI and machine learning can support the AEC industry—not just by making work faster, but by enabling better buildings. She’ll collaborate closely with Motif’s design and product teams to imagine new interaction paradigms that bring intelligence to the design process in ways that are accessible, empowering, and human-centered.
