Mazak will host its seventh annual “Discover More With Mazak” event at its Northeast Technology Center in Windsor Locks, CT, May 3-4.
Mazak’s technology and education event will feature a presentation of the company’s latest CNC machine tools and SMOOTH TECHNOLOGY, among other products for industries including aerospace, medical and firearm.
Mazak application specialists at the event will provide metalworking demonstrations on milling, turning, five-axis and multitasking machines.

Mazak says it intends to show students that manufacturing is a viable and growing industry with lucrative career opportunities. Local students will be invited to visit the center on May 5 for exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies.
Mazak’s Northeast event shares the same dates as SME’s Mfg4 event, which will be taking place in nearby Hartford.
