Materialise Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

3D printing, IPO, materialise, stock, investmentMaterialise NV today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8 million American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a public offering price of $12 per ADS.

The ADSs are expected to begin trading on June 25, 2014 on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “MTLS.” The offering is expected to close on June 30, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Certain selling shareholders of the Company have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 ADSs at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount, to cover over-allotments, if any.

Piper Jaffray and Credit Suisse are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.  BB&T Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott, Stephens Inc. and KBC Securities are acting as co-managers.
