The Foundations of 3D Printing Workshop is a discussion-oriented session in which participants receive comprehensive introductory knowledge of the 3D printing industry. Covering terms and definitions, software and hardware as well as discussing applications and case studies, participants will begin to understand the benefits of 3D printing in a way that is relevant to your business needs.

“This is an exciting opportunity to present this class at the AMUG conference,” said Bates. “UL and others recognize the need for certified operators of AM technology and this is the first step down that path.”

Following the course, participants may opt to take the online proficiency exam, which is included in the price of the workshop. For workshop details, pricing and registration, please visit the AMUG site.
