Kelyniam Machines First Artificial Bone Implants

LITTLE ROCK, AR — Kelyniam Global, Inc. announces that the company has completed the machining of the company’s first artificial bone implant prototypes.

Kelyniam successfully machined 2 cranial implants, a Femur and a Hip Joint Socket which proves our abilities to match the rotating cup with the Femur Ball. All the prototypes were inspected by the use of our advanced laser scanners, and verified by comparing the scan of the host bone as a check gage and the fit of the replacement piece as described in an earlier press release.

Mr. James Ketner, President/CEO, added: “We now have the ability to receive Computerized Tomography (CT) or Magnetic Resonating Imagery (MRI) data and produce an artificial bone implant with the exactness of about half the thickness of a business card and we posses the ability to receive the CT or MRI data by 8:00 a.m. and have the replacement pieces on the doctor’s desk the next Fed-Ex a.m. delivery.

Kelyniam announced in a press release dated April 28, 2009 that the company will be a source supplier of artificial bone replacements using FDA approved advanced polymers. The company now has the ability to use the FDA approved polymers and this type of production method in all aspects of artificial bone replacements throughout the human body. The company created approximately 350 cranial implant models in 9 months of 2008 using an inferior production method and is anticipating greatly increasing this number of the course of the lifecycle of the company’s new production methods.
