Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Construction position include:

- Experience in construction project management, particularly in multifamily and self-storage developments
- Ability to identify and address project problems effectively
- Experience with project development and construction documentation
- On-site presence during construction phases, with flexibility to work from home when not required on-site
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work closely with a small team and contribute to the development of new projects

Salary: $100,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
