We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our leadership team as a Project Manager, with partnership potential after the first year. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:

- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NY (NJ licensure is a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of NYCDOB, DOT, NYSDEC, DEP, City Planning, and Parks agencies' filing and requirements
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, and residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Civil site design, layouts, planning, and due diligence with permitting/municipalities
- Ability to manage and close projects independently without micromanagement
- Ability to mentor junior staff and act as a future Principal of the firm
- Leadership skills with a long-term vision for firm growth

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
