Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Plant Operator position include:

- 2+ years of experience as a Plant Operator.
- High attention to detail with strong math skills for calculating material quantities.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute mix designs.
- Excellent communication skills for managing high-stress situations.
- Safe operation and maintenance of the asphalt plant.
- Adjusting controls to regulate material flow and maintaining system speed.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring proper plant operation.
- Performing preventative maintenance and equipment servicing.
- Monitoring inventory levels and production, making adjustments as needed.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
