Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on tenant improvement projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software.
- Familiar with estimating, scheduling, subcontract coordination, and material procurement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
