Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Manager position include:

- 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the asphalt, concrete, or aggregate industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and statistical analysis tools.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance programs.
- Overseeing testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed quality reports.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
