Qualifications and responsibilities for this Asphalt Plant Foreman position include:

- 2+ years of experience running/operating a continuous drum Hot Mix Asphalt Plant.
- High attention to detail with strong math skills for calculating material quantities.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute mix designs.
- Excellent communication skills for managing difficult situations and employees.
- Safe operation and maintenance of the asphalt plant.
- Performing site inspections and ensuring proper plant operation.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and equipment servicing.
- Troubleshooting and solving production problems.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
