Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:

- 5+ years of Project Management experience and 3+ years of estimating experience.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, or related construction software.
- Overseeing commercial, educational, and municipal projects including churches, restaurants, office buildings, and libraries.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborating with subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus excellent bonus potential between $50,000 and $100,000.
