Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transportation PE to join our dynamic and innovative consulting firm as the Director of Transportation Engineering, where you'll oversee and manage the design and implementation of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects. Located in the heart of Ohio, our company is renowned for offering a wide array of services ranging from design to planning, program and construction management. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Engineering position include:

- 15+ years of progressive experience in transportation and municipal design engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Experience with ODOT and/or INDOT projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and OpenRoads/MicroStation.
- Overseeing and managing the design and implementation of roadway and municipal projects.
- Leading a team of around 12+ professionals across transportation and municipal sectors.
- Business development and client relationship management.
- Providing strategic direction and vision for the transportation and municipal divisions.
- Mentoring and guiding project managers and their teams.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
