We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team and manage landscaping needs across our 20 properties throughout San Diego. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and green spaces, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our environmental initiatives while ensuring our properties are beautifully maintained.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Maintenance Supervisor position include:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
 - Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing landscape irrigation valves, sprinklers, and timers.
- Supervising a team of 14-16 landscapers, ensuring proper landscaping and progress across multiple properties.
- Providing technical landscape, horticultural maintenance, and irrigation installation training.
- Creating and updating schedules for landscape and irrigation teams, and monitoring irrigation systems for water efficiency.
- Implementing compost programs and improving soil microbiology through organic methods.
- Designing and overseeing landscape plans within budget constraints and enhancing green spaces.
- Communicating effectively with management and maintaining positive relationships with community members.

Salary: $73,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 40 hours of sick time after 90 days, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Mileage compensation is provided for travel between properties.
