Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed architect is preferred
- 5+ years of architectural experience, including design and project management
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, with experience in Revit and willingness to train
- Experience with Bluebeam; Photoshop skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse projects
- Lead architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm's growth and development

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
