**Maintenance Supervisor 3RD SHIFT**

The role of Maintenance Supervisor entails overseeing all maintenance operations during 3rd shift at our Ripon, WI facilities. This position requires robust leadership skills to drive maintenance processes, foster reliability, and instill a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the supervisor provides first-line supervision, technical guidance, and training to a team of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians. The incumbent is accountable for achieving unit goals, supervising staff, and coordinating day-to-day activities on the designated shift.

**Hours:**
This is a 3rd shift position - 5 days/8-hour shifts. Sunday through Thursday - 10pm-6am

**Responsibilities:**
- Establish and reinforce a safety-centric culture, implementing workplace policies effectively.
- Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management.
- Ensure timely submission of completed work orders by technicians, containing actual hours and comprehensive comments.
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, asset utilization, maintenance cost, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to scope corrective work orders as required.
- Develop weekly schedules for shift technicians and prioritize emergency tasks.
- Evaluate team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**

**Knowledge/Experience/Education:**
- Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or business management preferred; significant experience and specialized training may substitute.
- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a skilled position, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, with adeptness in reading and understanding blueprints.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment functionality (e.g., stamping, automated fabrication, machining).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Stooping, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
