Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process Engineer position include:

- BS in Engineering
- 2-3+ years of plastic manufacturing experience, preferably with plastic extrusion die design and process development
- Proficient in AutoCAD, CAD/CAM software, and MS Office
- Hands-on experience with continuous process improvement and a strong understanding of various plastic resins and processing techniques
- Design tooling and develop processes for mono and co-extrusion plastic profiles, tubes, and secondary fabrication
- Lead new tooling development projects using a hands-on approach
- Partner with production, maintenance, and QC to develop and approve first article samples
- Oversee tool-making activities in the machine shop and ensure high standards
- Troubleshoot process difficulties and support production
- Work on continuous improvement projects to increase efficiencies and reduce scrap

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
