Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Superintendent position include:

- Must have a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Experience with Procore Construction Management software and Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Interact with the project Owner’s Representative and participate in weekly job meetings.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and according to project specifications.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
